Mat not included, but highly recommended Beam is 8' long with a 4" wide top. adjusts from 12" to 18" high in 2" increments and is made with 3/4 laminated wood. padding is 3/8 closed cell foam. beam is wrapped with a commercial grade synthetic suede. Equipment is intended for use ONLY by properly trained and qualified participants under supervised conditions with a qualified instructor.
