Designed to fit all vinyl open top cones, these unbreakable foam crossbars make excellent indoor or outdoor over/under obstacles. Simply stick the end "plugs" into a 12", 18" or 28" cone to create a crossbar that can easily be knocked over or pulled out. Conversely, set crossbars on cones without using the plugs to create obstacles that slip off easily. Stack them, connect them together, and more. 40" L x 2"W.
